This commit adds the options to minimize or close the main window to the system tray. Options are in Preferences -> General
I also added the ability to have the main window and the taskbar Icon blink when new intel is found. This can be set to blink every time or just in dangerzone similar to the sound warning. Options are in Preferences -> Intel -> General and Preferences -> Intel -> Dangerzone.
I also moved the checkbox "Warning on unknown" to the dangerzone subsection as this only applies when dangerzone is in use.
