Feature Request: Only allert for current region #180

Is there a way to only alarm when the intel is for the current region the user is in? Otherwise, the alerts will be going off all the time, for things that don't affect where the user currently is.

I had region based filtering before; but found it inadequate; have you looked at the dangerzone? which is distance based filtering
