version 10b gives an error #92

Hello, When trying to run version 10b on windows 10 i get a message saying "To run this application you must install missing frameworks for .NET" Even after installing and reinstalling i keep on getting the same message.

do you have both the core runtime and the desktop runtime installed ?

Seems i had only the runtime installed. It's working now.
