Code merge / update to current webdip version #49

Merged with webdip code and fixed features broken by merge. Adjusted some of the install-queries for webdip versions to avoid dataloss due to features being already available on vdip.

Tested basic site functionality, game life cycle, ratings, forum and modforum and datc.
