interactiveMap Update + some variants with implemented IAinterface

(major) Changes:

• much more variants with support for interactive map (all in all 40); most special rules are covered
• files.php now supports the interactiveMap folder and even creates one, if needed
• interactiveMap.php now supports generated build icons so variants like AncMed or Heaven can use different buttons than the original army and fleet without replacing them manually (IA-interface menu)

I had some problems with the last merge and reverted the unwanted changes made by "-" (only different file mode for almost all files). Problems from last merge still seem to exist. If so, please use my new version of orderinterface.php and interactiveMap.php (in orderinterface.php there are only some spaces added, the in interactiveMap.php is simply outdated and replaced by my new version). Don't add IA_smallmap.png to the ClassicVS/resources folder. I have no clue, why this happens, but those three files seem to be the reason for the merge conflicts. The problems are hopefully resolved when the repositories are synced again.
