[Suggestion] Ender Wither #112

By fooling around about an error handling for the EnderIO PoweredSpawner (EnderIO issue 2867) Came me an idea how about an Ender Wither Spawned like a wither but instead of the Wither skulls Enderman heats. Difficulty: Wither with Enderman Teleportion Possible drops: Don't know but it should be something rare and/or an achievement.

A Wither battle where containment is no longer possible...interesting. Would definitely make it harder to trivialize/automate it by locking it in a small room and/or suffocate it. I like it.

How about instead of soulsand use endstone?
