API Proxy Support #18

Add support for API proxies, example: 
http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=668372. Note 
that some other issues may be related to EVE throwing errors due to other 
utilities

A possible fix would be hosting that proxy and then editing your hosts file to 
make api.eve-online.com point to your own proxy.
