Default values for dem generation workflow

There are several hard-coded values on the script that need to be changed into variables with sensible defaults. These include:

• [x] Interferogram
• [x] TOPSAR deburst
• [x] Topophase removal
• [x] Multilook
• [x] Goldstein phase filtering

ML_nRgLooks for multi-looking could potentially be computed automatically for the best default value, but I cannot find yet the correct metadata to do so.
