Upgrade to SNAP 9.0 #29

The new SNAP version has been released, and testing the workflow with the new version for any breaks and bugs is needed. For now we will wait for it to be bundled in the main Docker image we rely on, see related issue: https://github.com/mundialis/esa-snap/issues/16.

Working on this on a fork of esa-snap/ubuntu. Next steps: ~check if ubuntu version can also be upgraded, some hints on this & this STEP forum entries.~ Mission aborted to avoid any unstability for future analysis.
