added docker support #159

since i wanted to test something using bojler and did not want to pollute my machine with all the installation (nmp, gulp, dependencies) i created a little Docker setup for faster testing.

@CayoM I merged this accidentally (pushed revert in the end). I'll discard this one because we haven't planned something like this.
