Image in outlook not rendering correctly. #263

When I have run tests in email on acid, all the outlook images in windows are sliced into 10px heigh images right through the middle. I even ran the test on a vanilla installation of the repo.

I ended up literally cloning the repository and running a build with no changes and tested it in email on acid and the images were not displaying properly.
