Allow user to specify favorite views #5497

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It takes two clicks to switch between view layouts and it is hard to find the layout in the long list of all predefined layouts.

Describe the solution you'd like

Allow the user to specify "favorite layouts" similarly to favorite modules.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Dynamic layout management could be used instead: view layout would be dynamically changed based on what is chosen to be displayed; and/or user could split/add/remove views (similarly to ParaView). This would give more flexibility but would be much more work to implement and might be too complex to use.
