Get patient data set that can be openly used #1

For making open collaboration, discussion, sharing of screenshots and plans easier, we would need a single patient case (mandible and fibula CT) that we can publicly share.

Would be nice to get a dataset (CT from low leg and CT of head) of a patient that does not have a plate already placed from other procedure before the to-be-planned mandible reconstruction
