After VSP is finished, create an animation that allows seeing head (probably with volume rendering), then seeing the mandible cutting and the defect removal, then seeing the lower leg (probably with volume rendering), the fibula pieces over the fibula (next to the mandible), then arrange the fibula pieces to form the neomandible and then move the bone graft to the mandible for the reconstruction
Simulate guides overlay on the bone
After the guidebases are finished, do an animation:
checking the guides positioning over the mandible and fibula are possible (by using collision detection and moving the guides from a few centimeters till they are over the bones)
Simulate the cuts
After boxes are created, do an animation to include:
the cuts are possible according to the saw type (see picture below)
Do the surgery animation
Compile all the earlier animations into one (using the surgical guides instead of the guide bases)
