Reorganize folders

Computing objects should be hidden from the tree and visualization objects should be visible on the treeview, see example below:

• BoneReconstructionPlanner
  1. Input planning objects (bone models, mandible curve, fibula line, Mandibular planes)
  2. Output mandible reconstruction objects
     • Visualization objects MR (Fibula planes, Cut Bones, Transformed Fibula Pieces, Mandible Reconstruction, Fibula Segments Lengths)
     • Computing objects MR (Plane Cuts, Mandible2Fibula transforms, Bone Pieces Transforms)
  3. Output inverse mandible reconstruction objects
     • Visualization objects IMR (Full Mandibles, Cut Mandible Pieces, Transformed Mandible Pieces, Transformed Full Mandibles)
     • Computing objects IMR (Inverse Plane Cuts, Inverse Append)
  4. Fibula surgical guide objects (miterBoxes Models, biggerMiterBoxes Models, miterBoxDirectionLine, Fibula Cylinders Fiducials Lists, Fibula Cylinders Models, FibulaSurgicalGuidePrototype, fibGuideBase)
