allow locking of current VSP

• add lock tool button with icon that disables the "update" button next to the "hard update" button?

Hi @cmfsx. I remember you requested this feature :)

Which of the following do you think should not be modifiable after clicking the lock button:

• mandibular curve
• fibula line
• parameters (initial space, between space, etc)
• mandible planes
• checkboxes that modify VSP behavior (e.g. Make all mandible planes rotate together)
• Fibula planes and neo-mandible fibula pieces
• everything inside the collapsible button "Mandible Reconstruction Planning" (see picture below)
