check non-reverse movement collision of the guidebase with the fibula to check that the guidebase is good. Multiply guidebase first by 0.99999 if needed

some general algorithm to check guidebase viability or to check surgical objects collision with bone is needed

Make a few cuts (e.g. 5) to fibula guidebase along the centerline and cheaply compare collision of them with the fibula
