Fix Slicer extension build #29

Extension build currently fails with this error:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:23 (add_subdirectory): add_subdirectory given source "SlicerExtension/UsAnnotationExport/SingleSliceSegmentation" which is not an existing directory.
