Hi,

Is the dataset used to train the US bone segmentation networks publicly available?

If so, could you please provide me with a link?

Hi, if you use that data, please cite this paper in your publications: https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/abstract/document/9034149 The code that trains the AI model automatically downloads the data to your local computer. E.g. this one: https://github.com/SlicerIGT/aigt/blob/master/UltrasoundSegmentation/SagittalSpineSegmentationStudy-TF2.ipynb You can also manually download the files from this server: https://pocus.cs.queensu.ca/ We have a lot more spine ultrasound data and a much improved segmentation model in a commercial project. If you want to use this feature for product development, please contact me privately.
