Improve visual appearance of arrows

The tip does not look sharp and it seems that the arrow is a bit asymmetrical. The arrow tip could be also bit more acute angle (less around 30 degrees).

Added the possibility of putting the arrows in up to 12 different positions. In the image you can see the 12 sectors in which the mouse can move to add an arrow

@vmms we talked in the last meeting, and we need to adjust this feedback too.

• Remove the character limit of the annotations/ greatly increase the character limit of the annotations
• Fit the text box so the text of the annotator annotations can be correctly positioned inside it It's to make the text box more readble. So guarantee the box is taking the whole text, also, give a margin between the text and then box lines and make the box available to change the colors, by default, be orange.
