• [ ] IncomingDataWindow does not work properly when selecting 'import from directory'
• [x] log: caseStarted should depend on when the very first intraop image has been received --> first intraop would be the localizer which usually is not sent to SliceTracker and also is not tracked in the results
• [x] preop watchbox spacing extends over two columns instead of being aligned with the other watchboxes
• [x] rating of registration results were not enabled since refactoring process was done --> removed rating completely
• [x] target displacement chart y-axis title showed up in a weird manner
