Crosshair enabling when reference image selected and hiding labels via button #138

I am concerned that crosshair mode can interfere with the segmentation process, when a segmentation tool is activated, but I guess the user can always turn off crosshairs from the main toolbar, right?

Yes, the user can turn it off.
