Save settings of cup provided by Challonge API #139

If you want to create a cup, you may choose between "normal" cup and "challonge" cup. If you choose challonge, we want to get every data via API. The data should be set automatically if you hit "save".

sounds great. As for a tournament that ends - right now it is impossible to close a tournament run by Challonge.
