The Account Balance chart on a test organization (JPOrg2) has the balance going below zero, and then when the next month comes the allocation is provided which bumps the balance up, but still keeps it negative.
I am thinking we shouldn't show the balance going below 0 (except for the cur rate balance which is actual). The reason is that we will shut them down at zero, so the bump from the allocation given to them at the start of the next month should then allow them to restart their cluster. I think it would be helpful if the chart should reflected that.
