fix: replace deprecated pkg_resources with importlib

Working on a tutorial notebook for the AGU CryoCloud Workshop

things might be at a good spot for a review. I added widgets for ATL08 vegetation metrics. Changed a bit how geodataframes are added to leaflet maps. everything should be backwards compatible just with a friendly warning.
