[1.12.1] Some PlusTiC pickaxes not in configs #17

Heya!

Configs for a few different PlusTiC pickaxes aren't generating, namely Botania and Draconic Evolution ones. Can I manually add them with "terrasteel_plustic"=#? The syntax for plusTiC is a bit wonky.
