BoP grass is unbreakable by hand when disabling Minecraft log punching #22

When I set all Minecraft block types to 0, (at least a wooden axe is required to harvest, not the fist), all of a sudden I am unable to punch biomes o plenty grass (metadata 2,3,4,5,7) when using no tool. I tweaked around with it, and I've had no such luck. This has been a common bug with this mod since I've been using it for 1.10, so I'm not sure why people haven't noticed it before

Yeah, I am using the newest 1.12 version and i'm having the same issue here.
