Describe your issue

Tools with Silky Shears and Silky are not equivalent to tools with Shearing and actual shears for Create's deployers. Setup: Deployer holding dagger with silky and the innate silky shears trait attempting to interact with a full beehive. Expected outcome: Deployer harvests beehive as if it were holding shears or a Kama (it does in fact work with a Kama). Actual outcome: Deployer does nothing different from having a non-applicable tool. Things to note: Tools with silky shearing do work when used by a player.
