[Suggestion] Configurable Experience for Ore Blocks vs Non-Ore Blocks #116

I think being able to gain 2xp for ore blocks mined and only 1 for non-ore would be a good incentive to mine ore blocks over vein mining non-blocks in abundance. Any chance you could add it as a Config option?

Also, it makes a sort of sense, considering ore blocks take at least 25-50% longer to mine than non-ore blocks.
