Config won't change. #79

Despite changing numbers inside the config, the required experience won't change in the least. I've deleted and had it remake the config, I'm using new worlds, and I am not using any other tinker-changing mods.

Can you reproduce it using only Mantle, TiC and TTL? Versions of forge and the mods?
