i have a problem that the ultimate helmet doest work in end

Steps to reproduce the Issue (REQUIRED)

thake ultimate helmet from /sf cheat and put it on your head then hol uncharged item

Expected behavior (REQUIRED)

i think that the Ultimate sorl helmet shoudl charge but slower
