[BUG] Stackable Food Syntheziser: Charging as one #74

Description (REQUIRED)

Stacked food synthezisers charge at the same speed as one.

Steps to reproduce the Issue (REQUIRED)

Expected behavior (REQUIRED)

Unable to input if stacked could be a resolution.
