[BUG] Drills not working as intended #76

Description (REQUIRED)

Both the Mining Drill and the Diamond Drill do not break any blocks instantly anymore

Steps to reproduce the Issue (REQUIRED)

  1. Grab the Drills and charge them
  2. Go punch some stone and see it not breaking them as intended
