[BUG]when breaking a block with items inside it using the diamond drill, the items inside it get deleted

diamond drill deleted contents of storage blocks like hoppers and shulker boxes

Steps to reproduce the Issue (REQUIRED)

place a shulker box or any similar block with inventory then place some items in it, when you break it with a diamond drill, the contents of the block get deleted

Expected behavior (REQUIRED)

contents of the block should be instead dropped on the ground
