During server restarts, if the mass fabricator has started to process scrap into uu matter, after the restart the progress is lost
power up mass fabricator add a stack of scrap wait until the progress is at least at 1% restart server progress has reset to zero
for the fabricator to not lose progress
no errors in console or error reports folder

During server restarts, if the mass fabricator has started to process scrap into uu matter, after the restart the progress is lost
Steps to reproduce the Issue (REQUIRED)
power up mass fabricator add a stack of scrap wait until the progress is at least at 1% restart server progress has reset to zero
Expected behavior (REQUIRED)
for the fabricator to not lose progress
