Golems not dropping circuit boards

Description (Required)

Player on my 1.15.2 server have been complaining of not getting circuit boards from Iron Golems. Upon testing i have found it to be true. I have tried natural spawned in village, making with iron blocks and carved pumpkin and spawners, killed 100s now with not circuit board being dropped.

Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)

kill Golems in hopes to get a Circuit Board

Expected behavior (Required)

Expected to see Circuit Boards dropped on kill of Golem as it is set true in config.

This has been reported at least a thousand times. So far it always the cause of a badly-coded Mob Stacker plugin.

Do you use any plugins like MobStacker or others that could interefere with mob drops?
