Place a block placer 1 block away from the border
Give it blocks
Activate it
Blocks placed to the outside

Block placer should not place block outside of the island size.

Duplicate of https://github.com/TheBusyBiscuit/CS-CoreLib2/issues/97 Also wrong Bug Tracker, Slimefun doesn't handle BentoBox integration, that's what CS-CoreLib2 is for.
