Grappling hook bug

📍 Description

In my server, one of my player make a grappling hook and after some time it got bugged and not work that's why my player die due to fall damage.

📑 Reproduction Steps

1. start using the graphing hook.
2. after sometime later it geting bugged and it just give lead and arrow
