activity chart doesn't load colors if all options are removed and then category is added again #7

If you remove all categories from the chart and try adding one back in, then it doesn't add colors back into the chart. The labels go in the right place though.

This is a d3 issue, seems like. I don't wanna deal with it...people can just click on goals/prescription and click back...
