Added import for *.upp files #59

I added an import for *.upp files. They are created by the Unity player and are basically the savegame. For kongregate you can find it in %APPDATA%\Unity\WebPlayerPrefs\chat_2ekongregate_2ecom.

Live Rich and Profit is missing, because I play on kong and it doesn't exist there. Some things are a bit hackish, but it's working.

There's an importer on the dev version Slimmmo.github.io/dev

The importer on /dev/ is incomplete (it only loads planet files atm which doesn't encapsulate everything) and the part that is coded isn't properly tested. But /dev/ has ids so it can load upgrades.
