  • There is one Super Badge that you can collect at each event that applies a wicked profit bonus to your main game when it’s equipped! Check out your gallery of badges in the “Career” section to see if you’ve collected any already!
  • The late game on Earth has been rebalanced to make it more excitingly paced!

There might be other changes that I haven't checked yet.

These have already been implemented. To be specific:

That's all been added to the calculator in the past few days.

Huh, nevermind. I launched the game, noticed unbought upgrades, went to this calculator, didn't see those upgrades and assumed they were not implemented. Turns out they were automatically marked as bought in the calculator, even though I never bought them. That why I was confused.

Yes, that's an unfortunate bug due to how the calculator saves your upgrades. It records the index of the highest one that you've purchased with no gaps below it, then it records any you've bought beyond the first unpurchased upgrade. So when these upgrades were added, some of them were inserted below your highest no-gap upgrade - this means the index of that specific upgrade got increased, and your saved index then corresponded to a lower upgrade.
