Download manager support #422

We could support download managers such as Download Navi. SCW apparently already supports it.

It is also possible to use the download code from Styx. I revised it a long time ago. The file extensions are recognized correctly.

I'd realy appreciate a download manager that shows how much of the file was downloaded, retry if the download failed… Would those be possible with the download managers you're considering ?

This might already be working actually. Just long press your download link and share it with your downloader app. Let me know if it does the job.

I'm assuming that's what download managers do. Never used one myself though.

It's a long progress for a simple task. It requires multiple taps and scrolling through app list to download a file. I think download manager support is really needed.
