Answering @Slion 's comment:
The Web page menu could also be called Tab menu I suppose. It offers contextual actions for the current tab. It was created to declutter the Main menu and still serves this purpose well.
Hence my proposition for "Tools" as a name change, as it would encompass a lot more things that could get stored in this menu in the future. I'd push for "Tab tools" then if the word Tab is to be present, as "Tab menu" could be mistaken for the Tab list/pannel/drawer.
Changing a domain option from that menu, such as dark mode for instance will only apply to that tab. It's also not persisted ATM so restarting the browser will reset dark mode for that tab to its domain settings. Say you usually want a domain to be dark but one day you are sitting in the sun and would rather have the light version of that site just now without having to change back and forth your domain settings.
By saying ATM, do you mean it's supposed to be persistent at some point ? Couldn't it be integrated in the Domain parameters then ? I could see the domain parameters working for single pages by default, but having a toggle or button that would "make these parameters default for the whole website". It would work well in the Domain hierarchy that got introduced. Maybe this calls for a default domain parameters scope discussion.
New issue to continue the discussion started in #514 regarding specific aspects of it.
Summary of my original thoughts: The 'Webpage' menu needs some reorganization now that the Domains options is here, as it contains some samey options as Domains provides, and is quite vague as to what its comtents are for.
Maybe the intent when creating the 'Web page' submenu was for it to later become the domain options section, as it serves a similar purpose with its quick settings regarding reader mode, dark mode etc… but with this new feature, i feel this section's name brings confusion.
