add proxy pac #568

can you add proxy pac support? I tried to add proxy pac in the system settings for wi-fi in Android 6, but it doesn’t work, although support is stated 😒 perhaps because the proxy pac that I added works through socks, and networkmanager only supports https🤔 proxy pac works for me in bromite browser 103 and on all desktop browsers on Linux, but I would like to do it in fulguris, if of course it is possible to do this 🤗

Thanks for your feedback. I'm unlikly to work on that any time soon though.
