Content control not working on first try #639

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Fulguris doesnt automatically download or ask the user to download adblock lists when enabling it on a fresh install. This made me frustrated trying to figure out why the ad blocker isn't working after enabling it.

Describe the solution you'd like When turning on adblocker for the first time, ask the user if they want to download the block lists. A pop-up window asking the user should be effective at getting their attention.

App version: 1.9.30 (f-droid version)

How do you know that's the issue? How did you fix it? Could it be that the initial download failed silently for some reason?

I went to Settings > Content control > Auto-update frequency > Update lists now The block lists finally downloaded after I pressed "Update lists now" (sorry for the late reply)

As seen from the recording, the network traffic indicator on the statusbar didn't show activity until the block lists were downloaded manually. And the app didn't show the last updated date until manually downloaded.
