Clean Up Chrome Package for Opera Official Add On #14

The code is good but opera approval needs unused files removed from the upload package as well as clean up the manifest.json: need to handle the following.

Status has changed for Slither Sessions
Slither Sessions v2.2.5 on Opera Current: Disapproved. Message from moderator:
Hello,

Please remove:
- background.js and correlated entry in manifest.json
- ss.js
- options.html
- views folder
- manifest.json/web_accessible_resources - redundant files.
