TR hover highlight #42

Please add:

tr:hover td{
background-color: #FFFFE0;
}

(or another color) to CSS. Increases readability on long lists.

Implementing your suggestion for increasing readability intriduces a new 
problem: What happens with the hover 
effect when the call info is open? In the simple form it becomes rather 
cluttered to look at.
