[Feature Request] Manual mode for Buff/Debuffs tracking #70

What do you think about having an option for the buff frame and debuff frame modules that would let you toggle between the current behavior, which I'm going to name as automatic, and a manual mode. The manual mode would operate as if everything is blacklisted and only show buffs/debuffs that you whitelisted.

My main use case is that the game has far too many debuffs and I only really care about a few. This is especially true when doing PVP.

Any thoughts @Slothpala ?

Long term i am planing to let the user create aura Filters with either a custom lua script or clicking aura categories like "HARMFUL" etc. but not in the new future.
