A set of improvements for the documentation, including:

Implemented automatic documentation generation and viewing using drf-spectacular and its built-in SwaggerUI capabilities
An updated README.md which should be more readable, and gives details of the project in a more accessible way
A CONTRIBUTING.md file currently holding contribution standards for internal members.
