Add Forbidden Reach rares #84

I left a comment https://github.com/Sluimerstand/ProfessionShoppingList/issues/70#issuecomment-1555940439, but it turns out this was pretty easy to add.

I tested this on Leatherworking, Alchemy, Herbalism, Tailoring, Enchanting, and Skinning.

Oh this is wonderful, thank you! Freddie from Wowthing.org actually supplied me with the questIDs recently, but I completely forgot to take a look at it. This seems to use the same info, and if you've tested it that should work then. Thank you for the stubborn reminder! :)
